Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Solarfunnels Inc. ("Solarfunnels", "we", "us") handles information collected through solarfunnels.com, our booking page, our lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, and the calls, texts and emails we send about your inquiry. Information you give us

• Website contact form: your name, email, phone number, company name, your message, whether you ticked the consent box, and the version of the consent wording you saw.
• Booking page: your name, email, phone number and anything else you enter when you book a call, plus the time you pick.
• Facebook and Instagram lead forms: the answers you submit in a lead form on Meta's platforms, such as your name, email, phone number and answers about your business. Meta passes these to us when you submit. Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta collects.
• Calls, texts and emails: the content of messages you send us, your replies, and records of calls. Calls with us, including calls with our AI assistant, may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately.

Please don't send us bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or other sensitive information.

Information collected automatically

Our website host, Netlify, processes technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, pages requested and security or spam signals so it can deliver the site and filter spam. When you submit the contact form we also store the IP address, browser details and page it came from, as a record of your consent.

This website does not use analytics cookies or advertising pixels. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. The client reviews video loads from YouTube only when you press play. The booking page is provided by our CRM service provider.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm calls, and send reminders.
• To follow up about our marketing services by call, text and email, as described below.
• To provide services to clients who sign an agreement with us.
• To keep records of consent and opt-outs, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a form and tick the consent box, or book a call and agree to be contacted, you agree that Solarfunnels may contact you at the phone number and email you provide by call, text or email about your inquiry and our marketing services. This includes calls and texts using automated dialing and an artificial, prerecorded or AI voice. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing ben@solarfunnels.com or calling (949) 849-4104. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information-sharing categories and will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us. These include website hosting, our CRM and booking system, phone and text messaging providers, email, and calendar and video meeting tools. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, work with you, keep consent and opt-out records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. We will not treat you differently for making a request. An authorized agent can make a request on your behalf.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
